地舒单抗注射液对于绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效研究

A Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Desuvumab Injection on Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

探讨地舒单抗注射液对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的治疗效果.选取2021年9月-2022年9月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的80例绝经后骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组两组,每组各40例.参照组应用骨松宝治疗,试验组在参照组的基础上联合地舒单抗注射液治疗.评估两组患者用药治疗效果.结果显示,治疗前,两组患者症状积分、骨代谢指标、生活质量、骨密度指标等均无统计学差异(P>0.05).治疗后,试验组症状积分低于参照组,骨代谢指标改善程度优于参照组,各项生活质量、骨密度指标均高于参照组,骨密度评分优于参照组(P<0.05).研究发现,治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者时,予以患者地舒单抗注射液,不仅能够提高其骨密度水平,还可改善其骨代谢情况,有助于加快症状改善速度.

Exploring the therapeutic effect of Desucumab injection on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.80 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Gusongbao,while the experimental group was treated with a combination of Desucumab injection on the basis of the reference group.Evaluate the therapeutic effects of medication on two groups of patients.The results showed that before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores,bone metabolism indicators,quality of life,and bone density indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the improvement of bone metabolism indicators was better than that of the reference group.All quality of life and bone density indicators were higher than those of the reference group,and the bone density score was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that when treating postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,administering dexamethasone monoclonal antibody injection can not only increase their bone density levels,but also improve their bone metabolism,helping to accelerate the speed of symptom improvement.
