“三全育人”理念下高校理工类专业课程思政一体化育人模式构建

摘要 针对高校理工类专业课程思政存在的问题,如何构建课程思政一体化育人模式是“三全育人”理念下高校推进课程思政建设的难点。讲习、实习和研习是当前高校理工类专业开展教书育人、实践育人和科研育人的重要环节,也是贯穿高等教育的重要组成部分,因此探索理工类专业“讲习—实习—研习”融合的课程思政一体化育人模式势在必行。理工类专业“讲习—实习—研习”融合的课程思政一体化育人模式,需要基于不同育人阶段特点,实现全过程贯通;提倡充分联动各个教育主体,实现全员协作;强调对标人才培养目标,实现全方位育人。在构建策略上应强化德育观念,打造“多功能”师资队伍;应注重学科特点,系统挖掘思政元素;应优化思政教育切入点,与专业教学浑然一体。以地学类专业为例,将课程思政融入讲习、实习、研习环节,打通不同育人环节之间的壁垒,形成一体化的工作机制,提升育人主体、资源和目标的协同性,构建“讲习—实习—研习”融合的课程思政一体化育人模式。 How to construct an integrated ideological and political education model for courses in science and engineering majors in universities is a nodus in promoting the construction of ideological and political education under the concept of“Three-Full Education”.Teaching,internships,and research related studies are important parts in the current education of science and engineering majors in universities,including classroom teaching,practical education,and scientific research education.All of them are also important components that run through the whole university education.Therefore,it is imperative to explore an integrated education model that integrates ideological and political education through teaching,internships,and research-related studies in science and engineering majors.This integrated education model is characterized by the need to achieve full process integration based on the characteristics of different stages of education,by the need to achieve full collaboration among all staff through advocating for full linkage between various educational subjects,and by the need to achieve full dimension education through emphasizing focusing talent training goals.In terms of construction strategy,educators should strengthen the concept of moral education and build a multi-functional teaching staff team.Also,educators should pay attention to the characteristics of the engaged-in discipline and systematically explore ideological and political elements.Last but not the least,educators should optimize the integration method of ideological and political education into professional teaching.Using Geoscience as a case study,educators integrated ideological and political education into teaching,internships,and research-related studies,and broke down barriers between different stages of education,thus formed an integrated working mechanism,and enhanced the synergy of education subjects,resources,and goals,finally constructed an integrated ideological and political education model that integrated teaching,internships,and research-related studies in science and engineering majors.
