内蒙古褐煤腐植酸提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction technology of humic acid fromlignite in Inner Mongolia

摘要 采用内蒙古褐煤为原料,通过碱溶酸析法提取腐植酸,研究加碱量与煤样质量比(简称加碱质量分数)、反应温度、反应时间、碱液与煤样质量比(简称碱煤质量比)和酸析时pH值对提取的腐植酸在煤样中的质量分数(简称腐植酸质量分数)的影响,并利用红外光谱技术分析煤样和腐植酸的基本结构组成。结果表明:提取腐植酸工艺的最佳条件为加碱质量分数16%,反应温度100℃,反应时间2.0 h,碱煤质量比8∶1,酸析pH值为1.0时,褐煤中腐植酸的质量分数为63.52%。 In this study,humic acid,which was extracted from the raw material of Inner Mongolia lignite by alkali-extraction acid-precipitation method,was used to study the effects of the ratio of alkali addition to the mass of coal samples(referred to as alkali addition mass fraction),the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the ratio of alkali to the mass of coal samples(referred to as alkali to coal mass fraction),and the pH value of acid precipitation on the mass fraction of the extracted humic acid in the coal samples(referred to as humic acid mass fraction).Furthermore,Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy was employed to analyze the basic structural composition of the coal samples and humic acid.The results showed that the optimal conditions for humic acid extraction were an alkali addition mass fraction of 16%,a reaction temperature of 100℃,a reaction time of 2.0 h,an alkali-coal mass ratio of 8∶1,and an acid precipitation pH being 1.0,resulting in 63.52%humic acid mass fraction in the lignite.
