摘要
医患沟通能力是医务人员的基本能力,也是优秀医务人员的核心能力。叙事医学是医患沟通课程思政教学的有效途径。医患沟通与叙事医学课程强调以学生为中心,从人文素养、知识、技能和解决问题的能力四个方面入手,通过理论讲授、专题讲座和基于真实临床情境、个案分析的实践工作坊等形式,帮助学生提升医学人文素养,掌握医患沟通知识,提升医患沟通能力。本文介绍了医患沟通与叙事医学课程的教学目标、思政元素及教学方法,并以教学示例的形式展现了实践工作坊在医患沟通教学中的应用。
The doctor-patient communication is the basic skill of a qualifed medical worker and the core ability of an excellent one.Narrative medicine is an effective way for ideological and political education in the course of doctor-patient communication.From the four aspects of teaching,namely,humanistic accomplishment,knowledge,skills,and problem-solving abilities.This article introduces the teaching objectives,ideological and political elements,and teaching methods of the course,and demonstrates the application of workshops in doctor-patient communication teaching through teaching examples.
