摘要
为探索融合叙事医学和课程思政元素,且科学、可行的规培护士叙事能力培训课程体系,本研究选取深圳市儿童医院新入职的63名规培护士为研究对象,采用跟诊分析、角色扮演等教学方法,开展临床跟诊、反思、学习、再反思的叙事医学课程系统化学习,根据课程前后的反思性写作评价课程效果。结果显示,规培护士在短期内提升了共情、反思、倾听、沟通能力,提升了职业认同感,体现了叙事医学与思政课程的相互促进作用,为后续叙事医学在护理教育中的实践提供了依据。
To explore the integration of curriculum ideological and political elements under the concept of narrative medicine,and to construct a scientific and feasible training course system for training nurses'narrative ability.The newly recruited training nurses in Shenzhen Children's Hospital were selected as the research object,and the teaching methods such as follow-up analysis,workshop and role-playing were adopted to carry out the systematic learning of narrative medicine course of clinical follow-up,reflection,learning and re-reflection,according to the reflective writing before and after the course to evaluate the effect of the course,we can see that the training nurses have improved their narrative abilities such as empathy,reflection,listening and communication in a short time.It strengthens the sense of self-professional identity,improves the humanistic literacy,reflects the strong mutual promotion between narrative medicine and ideological and political courses,and provides a basis for the follow-up clinical practice of narrative medicine in nursing education.
