二轴整车激励下车辆舒适性研究

摘要 近年来,由车桥耦合振动引起的车辆舒适性问题不可忽视。以二轴整车为例,基于ISO2631法,将加权加速度均方根值作为评价指标,研究在不同桥面不平度、车重下车辆舒适性变化规律。结果表明:随着桥面状况恶化,车辆的加权加速度均方根值显著增大;而当车重从30%逐级加载至110%时,车辆的加权加速度均方根值逐渐减小,其研究成果对车辆的舒适性分析提供一定参考。 In recent years,the issue of vehicle comfort caused by vehicle bridge coupling vibration cannot be ignored.Taking a two axle vehicle as an example,based on the ISO2631 method,the weighted root mean square value of acceleration is used as the evaluation index to study the changes in vehicle comfort under different bridge surface roughness and vehicle weight.The results show that as the condition of the bridge deck deteriorates,the root mean square value of the vehicle's weighted acceleration significantly increases;When the vehicle weight is gradually loaded from 30%to 110%,the root mean square value of the vehicle's weighted acceleration gradually decreases,and its research results provide a certain reference for the comfort analysis of vehicles.
