摘要
本文针对某型航空发动机长时考核试车过程中出现的空气引气管路节流孔板脱落问题,利用故障树工具和仿真软件,成功定位了问题原因。根据问题原因,对引气接口处的密封结构和节流结构进行了优化设计,通过仿真计算、流量计算和试验验证,证明了优化方案的正确性和有效性,为发动机型号设计工作提供有力保障。
In this paper,in view of the problem of the orifice plate falling off of the air bleed air pipeline during the long-term assessment and test run of a certain type of aero engine,the fault tree tool and simulation software are used to successfully locate the cause of the problem.According to the cause of the problem,the sealing structure and throttling structure at the bleed air interface were optimized,and the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization scheme were proved through simulation calculation,flow calculation and test verification,which provided a strong guarantee for the design of engine model.
