随着汽车产业的快速发展,汽车检测与维修技术人才的需求持续增加,职业教育在培养实用技术人才方面发挥了重要作用。然而,传统的教育模式已难以满足现代汽车行业对技术人才的复合型、创新型要求。因此,职业院校开始探索“岗课赛证”综合育人模式,旨在通过实践与理论的紧密结合,提高学生的职业技能和综合素质,更好地适应行业发展的需要。本文主要围绕职业院校汽车检测与维修技术专业“岗课赛证”综合育人路径与方法展开探究,以期为职业院校汽车类专业教育教学工作提供有益启示。

With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the demand for automotive inspection and maintenance technical talents increase,and vocational education plays an important role in cultivating practical technical talents.However,the traditional education model is no longer able to meet the complex and innovative requirements of the modern automotive industry for technical talents.Therefore,vocational colleges began to explore the comprehensive education model of"post course certificate",aiming to improve students'vocational skills and comprehensive quality and better meet the needs of industry development through the close combination of practice and theory,.This paper mainly explores the path and method of comprehensive education of"post course certificate"for automobile inspection and maintenance technology majors in vocational colleges,in order to provide useful enlightenment for the education and teaching of automobile majors in vocational colleges.
