闪蒸工况下的仪表连通器结构改进

摘要 本文通过对工艺生产过程中出现的仪表故障现象描述,分析了闪蒸工况的成因,造成故障问题的确认,阐述连通器结构的改进思路和方法,从而减少不稳定工况下闪蒸气体对仪表的冲击,确保仪表能够长久稳定工作。 This article describes the phenomenon of instrument failures that occur during the production process,analyzes the causes of flash evaporation conditions,confirms the problems caused by the failures,and elaborates on the improvement methods of the connector structure to reduce the impact of flash evaporation gas on the instrument under unstable conditions,thereby ensuring that the instrument can work stably for a long time.
