摘要
目的 研究情景模拟教学(SST)联合问题驱动教学法(PBL)在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训期间的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年12月本院麻醉科进行规范化培训住院医师85名作为研究对象,依据数字排列表法分成对照组(n=42,传统培训)和观察组(n=43,SST+PBL)两组。比较两组住院医师专科成绩、教学方式评价、教学后Mini-CEX考核情况。结果 培训后观察组住院医师的理论及操作成绩相对于对照组更高(P<0.05);培训后观察组住院医师对教学方式的评分高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后观察组住院医师Mini-CEX考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 麻醉科住院医师规范化培训采取SST联合PBL有利于提高住院医师专科成绩、教学方式评价、教学后Mini-CEX考核情况,值得在临床教学中推广实施。
Objective To study the application effect of Scenarios Simulation-based Teaching(SST)combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)during the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods The study population was selected from 85 residents who received standardized training in the anesthesiology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,and they were divided into a control group(n=42,traditional training)and an observation group(n=43,SST+PBL)according to the numerical ranking table method.The speciality scores,evaluation of teaching methods,and post-training Mini-CEX assessment of the two groups of residents were compared and observed.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the residents in the observation group were higher than the control group after training(P<0.05).The residents in the observation group rated the teaching method higher than the control group after training(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-CEX assessment of the residents in the observation group were higher than the control group after training(P<0.05).Conclusions The adoption of SST combined with PBL in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is conducive to the improvement of residents'specialist grades,evaluation of teaching methods,and Mini-CEX assessment after teaching,and is worthy of promotion and implementation in clinical teaching.
