呋虫胺和锌对斑马鱼胚胎的发育与行为毒性

Developmental and behavioral toxicity of combined exposureto dinotefuran and zinc on zebrafish embryos

摘要 水环境中通常存在多种污染物,污染物之间的联合作用会影响各自的单一毒性。为评估呋虫胺与Zn^(2+)的联合毒性,以斑马鱼胚胎为研究对象,将其暴露于呋虫胺、Zn^(2+)及其二元混合物中,探究不同暴露条件对斑马鱼胚胎发育过程中孵化率、畸形率和行为变化的影响。实验结果显示:在单独暴露条件下,呋虫胺会降低斑马鱼胚胎的孵化率、增加畸形率和改变其行为效应;Zn^(2+)对斑马鱼的孵化率、畸形率和行为均无显著影响。在联合暴露下,二元混合物显著抑制了斑马鱼的孵化率,增加了畸形率,表现出协同作用。在行为实验中,低质量浓度呋虫胺与Zn^(2+)联合暴露表现出协同作用,高质量浓度呋虫胺与Zn^(2+)联合暴露表现出拮抗作用。研究表明呋虫胺质量浓度是改变二元污染物联合作用效应的关键因素。 There are many kinds of pollutants in water environment,and the combined action of pollutants affect their individual toxicity level.To assess the combined toxicity of dinotefuran and Zn^(2+),zebrafish embryos were exposed to dinotefuran,Zn^(2+)and their binary mixture in the experiment.This approach aimed to investigate the impacts of various exposure scenarios on the hatching rate,malformation rate,and behavioral changes during zebrafish embryos development.In single exposure condition,the results showed that dinotefuran reduced hatching rate,increased malformation rate,and change zebrafish behavior.Conversely,Zn^(2+)exhibited no significant effect on the hatching rate,malformation rate and zebrafish behavior.However,under combined exposure conditions,the binary mixture significantly inhibited hatching rate and elevated malformation rate,showing a synergistic effect.Furthermore,in the behavioral experiments,low concentration of dinotefuran and Zn^(2+)in combination demonstrated synergistic effects,while high concentrations of dinotefuran in combination exhibited antagonistic effect.The study showed that the concentration of dinotefuran was the important factor in modulating the combined effect.
