摘要
聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)是一种可完全生物降解的合成聚酯,其力学性能较佳,因此被广泛应用于地膜、购物袋和淋膜纸等产品中。然而PBAT价格较高,难以靠市场的自发推动得到广泛应用。为了降低成本,除了添加诸如碳酸钙之类的填料外,还可将PBAT与其他生物可降解高分子材料共混改性。PBAT与天然高分子共混不仅可以改善产品性能,而且能降低成本,变废为宝,实现生物质废弃物的高值利用。通过对近年来PBAT与天然高分子共混的研究进展进行综述,并对该领域的未来发展进行展望,以期为开发新型高性价比PBAT复合材料提供科学依据与借鉴。
Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)stands out as one of the fully biodegradable synthetic polyesters,finding wide application in mulch,shopping bags,polymer-coated paper and various other products due to its commendable mechanical properties.As the enforcement of the plastic bans and restrictions gains momentum,there has been a surge in research interest towards biodegradable resins for both disposable and durable plastic products.However,the relatively high price of PBAT compared to manufacturers expectations hinders its widespread market adoption.To address this challenge,PBAT can be blended with fillers such as calcium carbonate or other biodegradable natural polymer materials to reduce costs.Studies indicate that blending PBAT with natural polymers not only enhances product performance but also lowers the expenses,thereby transforming waste into valuable resources and facilitating the high-value utilization of biomass waste.This review provides insights into recent advancements in the blending of PBAT and natural polymers,as well as future perspectives in this field,aiming to guide the development of brand-new,cost-efficient PBAT composite materials.
