不同花色兴安杜鹃种间种内生长与生理变异

Growth and Physiological Variation among and within Intraspecies Varieties of Rhododendron dauricum with Different Flower Colors

摘要 探究不同花色兴安杜鹃种间、种内生长与生理变异,为兴安杜鹃新品种选育提供参考。以兴安杜鹃白花变种和紫花原种各3个半同胞家系苗木为试材,测定生长性状、光响应曲线参数、叶绿素含量、花青素含量和原花青素含量。结果表明:兴安杜鹃白花变种B1和B3家系的花瓣和叶片明显大于紫花原种,白花变种3个家系的苗高和地径均小于紫花原种;与紫花原种相比,白花变种的光饱和点与光补偿点明显减小,最大净光合速率、表观量子效率和叶绿素含量显著增大;花青素含量明显减小,原花青素含量显著增大,这可能是导致兴安杜鹃花色变异的主要原因。 To explore the growth and physiological variations among and within intraspecies varieties of Rhodo-dendron dauricum with different flower colors,and provide a reference for new varieties breeding of Rhododendron dauricum.The saplings of three half-sib families from Rhododendron dauricum var.albiflorum and Rhododendron dauricum were measured for the determination of growth traits,light response curve parameters,chlorophyll content,anthocyanin content,and proanthocyanidin content.The petals and leaves of the B1 and B3 families from Rhododendron dauricum var.albiflorum were significantly larger than those of Rhododendron dauricum,and the height and base diameter of the three half-sib families from Rhododendron dauricum var.albiflorum were inferior to those of Rhododendron dauricum.Compared with Rhododendron dauricum,the light saturation point and light compensation point of Rhododendron dauricum var.albiflorum significantly reduced,and the maximum net photo-synthetic rate,apparent quantum yield and chlorophyll content significantly increased.The lower anthocyanin level and higher proanthocyanidin level might be the reasons for variation in flower color of Rhododendron dauricum var.albiflorum.
