摘要
在概述数控加工技术基本原理和发展现状的基础上,通过分析机械模具制造中对数控加工技术的要求,从建立加工数据库、控制几何误差、采集模具信息、确定走刀路线、把控加工细节等方面,探讨了数控加工技术在机械模具制造中的应用,有效提高了机械模具制造的精度和效率。
On the basis of summarizing the basic principle and development status of CNC machining technology,the application of CNC machining technology in mechanical mould manufacturing was discussed by analyzing the requirements of CNC machining technology in mechanical mould manufacturing,from the aspects of establishing machining database,controlling geometric error,collecting mould information,determining cutting route and controlling machining details.Effectively improve the precision and efficiency of mechanical mold manufacturing.
