摘要
为掌握海南重点水库浮游动物群落结构特征,并全面支撑海南省三大流域水生态调查研究工作,于2022年4月对松涛水库、大广坝水库、牛路岭水库的浮游动物群落结构特征展开调查研究。结果显示,三大重点水库分别鉴定了浮游动物18科24属40种、16科25属39种、16科23属42种,优势种以琵琶砂壳虫(Difflugia biwae)、臂三肢轮虫(Filinia brachiata)和广布中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops leukarti)为主。浮游动物丰度范围为22.53~95.64ind./L,水库各站位存在明显的差异性。总体上,水库区域内浮游动物种类整体上较为丰富,生物多样性水平也较高,整个海南重点大型水库的水生态质量状况评价为良好状态。
In order to understand the structural characteristics of zooplankton communities in key reservoirs in Hainan and comprehensively support aquatic ecological investigation and research in the province’s three major river basins,surveys were conducted in April 2022 at Songtao Reservoir,Daguangba Reservoir,and Niululing Reservoir.The results reveal that a total of 40 species belonging to 18 families and 24 genera,39 species belonging to 16 families and 25 genera,and 42 species belonging to 16 families and 23 genera of zooplankton were identified respectively in the three key reservoirs,with predominant species including Difflugia biwae,Filinia brachiata,and Mesocyclops leukarti.Zooplankton abundance ranged from 22.53 to 95.64 individuals per liter,with significant differences observed among reservoir sites.Overall,the reservoir areas exhibited relatively rich species diversity and high levels of biodiversity,indicating a good ecological quality status across the key large reservoirs in Hainan.
