摘要
有研究证明运动在改善抑郁症方面具有积极的价值,沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)作为一种组蛋白脱乙酰酶,参与细胞增殖、衰老、凋亡、DNA修复等多种生命过程的调控,其基因变异与抑郁症病理机制存在密切关联,可能是治疗抑郁症的潜在靶点。目前,有部分文献指出SIRT1可能是运动治疗抑郁症的潜在靶点。因此,文章就SIRT1在调控运动改善抑郁症的作用机制进行综述。
It has been proved that exercise has positive value in improving depression.Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1),as a histone deacetylase,is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation,aging,apoptosis,DNA repair and other life processes,and its genetic variation is closely related to the pathological mechanism of depression.Its gene variation is closely related to the pathological mechanism of depression,which may be a potential target for the treatment of depression.Currently,some literature points out that SIRT1 may be a potential target for the exercise treatment for depression.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism of SIRT1 in regulating exercise to improve depression.
