吸入乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效及对患者睡眠质量影响

The Efficacy of Inhalation of Acetyl Cysteine Solution in the Treatment of Acute Sinusitis and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨吸入乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年4月赤壁市人民医院收治的急性鼻窦炎患者114例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予吸入乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗,比较2组临床疗效、鼻腔鼻窦功能、炎症介质水平及睡眠质量。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组SNOT-20、Lund-Kennedy评分及鼻气道阻力(NAR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10明显降低,观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组PSQI、SRSS评分明显降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性鼻窦炎采取乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗可明显减轻鼻塞、脓涕等症状,改善鼻腔鼻窦功能,抑制炎症反应,取得良好的治疗效果,利于患者恢复良好睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of inhalation of acetyl cysteine solution in the treatment of acute sinusitis and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 114 patients with acute sinusitis admitted to Chibi People′s Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were chosen and separated into the control group(n=57,conventional drug)and the observation group(n=57,inhalation of acetyl cysteine solution based on the former group)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,nasal sinus function,inflammatory factor levels and sleep quality were compared.Results:The observation group had higher total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SNOT-20,Lund-Kennedy scores and nasal airway resistance(NAR)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10,PSQI,and SRSS scores in the two groups significantly decreased,and the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atomization inhalation of acetyl cysteine solution in the treatment of acute sinusitis can significantly reduce nasal obstruction,purulent discharge and other symptoms,improve nasal cavity and sinus function,inhibit inflammatory response,achieve good therapeutic effect,and help patients recover good sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
