摘要
目的:观察在新生儿护理中应用白噪声联合抚触护理干预对睡眠质量及神经系统发育的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年4月福建省屏南县总医院新生儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予白噪声干预,观察组给予抚触护理联合白噪声干预,比较2组生长发育情况,并使用新生儿20项行为神经测查量表(NBNA)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),分别测评2组新生儿入院当日、出院前1 d行为神经功能及睡眠质量。结果:入院当日,2组新生儿NBNA评分及PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组PSQI评分、生长发育情况及NBNA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施白噪声联合抚触护理可显著改善新生儿睡眠质量,逐渐提升其行为神经功能及生长发育情况,降低新生儿痛苦及其家庭负担,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effects of touch nursing combined with white noise intervention on sleep quality and nervous system development in neonatal care.Methods:A total of 80 newborns admitted to Pingnan County General Hospital,Fujian province between February 2022 and April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received white noise intervention,while the observation group received touch care combined with white noise intervention.Compare the growth and development of two groups.And use the Newborn 20 Behavioral Neurological Inventory(NBNA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to evaluate the behavioral nerves and sleep quality of two groups of newborns on the day of admission and one day before discharge,respectively.Results:On the day of admission,there was no statistically significant difference in the NBNA and PSQI scores between the two groups of newborns(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the PSQI score,growth and development status,and NBNA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of pension nursing combined with white noise can significantly improve the sleep quality of newborns,gradually improve their behavioral nervous function and growth and development,reduce neonatal pain and family burden,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
