改良电休克治疗对抑郁症患者抑郁症状及睡眠的影响

摘要 目的:分析改良电休克治疗(MECT)抑郁症合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年10月泉州市第三医院收治的抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用药物治疗+MECT。比较治疗后抑郁症状、自杀意念、睡眠质量、血清褪黑素(MT)与脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。抑郁症状采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)-24评估,自杀意念采用自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)评估,睡眠质量采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估。结果:观察组在治疗8周后HAMD与SIOSS评分低于对照组,PSQI与睡眠障碍发生率也较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在8周后血清MT与BDNF水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MECT可有效改善抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者抑郁症状,减轻自杀意念与睡眠障碍。 Objective:To know the effect of MECT in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 68 patients with depression combined with sleep disorder admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into study group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by random number table method.The control group accepted antidepressants,the study group received antidepressants and MECT.Depressive symptoms,suicidal ideation,sleep quality,serum MT and BDNF were compared after treatment.Depression symptom was evaluated using HAMD-24,suicidal ideation was evaluated using SIOSS,and sleep quality was evaluated using PSQI.Results:After 8 w,the HAMD and SIOSS scores of study group were lower than those of control group,PSQI and incidence of sleep disorder were also lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum MT and BDNF of study group after 8 w were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MECT can effectively improve depressive symptoms,alleviate suicidal ideation and sleep disorder in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder.
