课程思政是实现智育与德育相统一,将知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造相结合的重要着力点。为了改变课程思政建设过程中思政元素缺乏时代性和创新性、存在趋同化问题的现状,更新传统的“以教师为中心”的教学模式和“以期末考试为主”的评价机制,将思政元素有机融入到教学和课程考核过程中,结合“食品安全与快速检验技术”课程特点,依托专业思政体系进一步梳理思政元素,基于课程思政开展教学方法创新及考核评价体系优化,从而为食品专业课程的思政建设提供一定的参考。
