摘要
从某一夏热冬冷地区的肉类食品加工车间项目入手,我们综合冷库制冷、空调、生产热水、干燥除湿等各种冷热源的需求,结合该项目的特点,合理利用蓄能技术、热回收技术,深入探讨一种高效节能稳定的能源利用方案,为食品加工车间低温空调制冷系统的设计提供一种高效节能的设计思路和方法。
Againsting the project of meat processing workshop in a hot summer and cold winter area,We integrate the needs of various cold and heat sources such as cold storage refrigeration,air conditioning,production of hot water,drying and dehumidification,combined with the characteristics of this project,and deepy discuss a high-efficient,energysaving and stable energy utilization schemefor the comprehensive and effective use of all kinds of cold and heat sources by rationally using the energy storage technology and heat recovery technology.It is expected that providing a effective energy-saving design idea and method for designing a Low temperature air conditioning refrigeration system of he meat processing workshop.
