摘要
实施国家教育数字化战略行动,提高教育数字化助学、有效支撑个性化学习是新时期教育强国建设重要内容。粤港澳大湾区具有高温高湿气候背景,绿色低碳的湾区建设是大湾区高质量发展重要一环,对于高等院校土建类工科专业背景的本科生培养具有重要启示。本文以某高校土建类专业本科生毕业设计为例,系统论述了在教育数字化转型倡导下的绿色建筑与建筑节能相关的毕业设计教学方案与实践,以广东省某住宅小区为例,学生基于BIM技术与绿建斯维尔软件分析了该住宅小区风、光、热、声及建筑能耗等绿色建筑评价相关层面。基于绿色建筑毕业设计的教学指导与案例展示,总结以服务湾区低碳为导向的绿色建筑本科毕业设计教学实践,助力学生就业与社会服务相契合的复合型、应用型高质量本科生教育。
The implementation of national education digitization strategic actions,the improvement of education digitization and the effective support of personalized learning are important contents of the construction of a powerful education country in the new era.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has a high temperature and humidity climate background.The construction of a green and low-carbon Bay Area is an important part of the highquality development of the Greater Bay Area,and has important implications for the training of undergraduates with civil engineering background in universities.Taking the graduation design of undergraduates majoring in civil engineering in a university as an example,this paper systematically discusses the teaching scheme and practice of graduation design related to green building and building energy conservation under the advocacy of education digital transformation.Students analyzed the relevant aspects of green building evaluation such as wind,light,heat,sound and building energy consumption of the residential community based on BIM technology and Greenbuilding software.Based on the teaching guidance and case demonstration of green building graduation design,this paper summarizes the teaching practice of green building graduation design for undergraduate students with low-carbon service in the Bay Area,and aims to provide comprehensive,application-oriented and high-quality undergraduate education that is compatible with student employment and social service.
