摘要
本文对日本某钢厂模铸生产的两种传感器用SUS630不锈钢进行了洁净度分析。结果表明:SUS630不锈钢棒材中夹杂物类型主要为氧化物O-Al-Ca-Mg,少部分夹杂物为O-Al-Ca-Mg-S;SUS630不锈钢板材中夹杂物类型主要为氧化物O-Mg-Al-Si-Mn,少部分夹杂物为O-Mn-Al-Si-Ti、O-Mn-Si-Al-Ca;它们的夹杂物形貌均为球形或近球形。棒材、板材中夹杂物密度、平均等效直径、面积占比分别为:26/mm^(2)、3.1μm、0.024%,以及:29/mm^(2)、2.3μm、0.013%;棒材的夹杂物评级结果为细系B1.0、细系D1.0,板材的夹杂物评级结果为细系B0.5、细系D1.0,两材料的洁净度整体控制水平较高;此外,钢中还存在超细微Nb(C,N)夹杂物。
This article conducts a cleanliness analysis on SUS630 stainless steel for two sensors produced by die casting in a Japanese steel plant.The results show that the inclusion types in SUS630 stainless steel bars are mainly oxides O-Al-Ca-Mg,and a small number of inclusions are O-Al-Ca-Mg-S.The main types of inclusions in SUS630 stainless steel plates are oxides O-Mg-Al-Si-Mn,and a small number of inclusions are O-Mn-Al-Si-Ti and O-Mn-Si-Al-Ca.The morphology of their inclusions is spherical or nearly spherical.The inclusion density,average equivalent diameter,and area ratio of the bar are 26/mm2,3.1μm,and 0.024%respectively,and that of the plate are 29/mm^(2),2.3μm,and 0.013%respectively.The inclusion rating results of the bar are B1.0 for fine series and D1.0 for fine series,and the inclusion rating results of the plate are B0.5 for fine series and D1.0 for fine series.The overall cleanliness control level of the two materials is relatively high.In addition,there are ultrafine Nb(C,N)inclusions in steel.
