中医类住院医师规范化培训学员医院感染知识认知现状及影响因素和需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of awareness of residency training residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine about nosocomial infections,impact factors and demand

目的调查分析中医类住院医师规范化培训学员(以下称住培学员)对医院感染知识的认知现状及影响因素和需求,为提升住培学员医院感染教育培训质量提供参考。方法采用自填调查问卷方式对某国家级中医类住院医师规范化培训基地600名住培学员进行调查。结果住培学员医院感染知识认知平均正确率为68.73%,影响因素分析显示学员的年级、是否接受过培训是影响学员认知正确率的主要因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);住培学员均愿接受医院感染知识培训,培训方式选择线上+现场示范讨论的占比43.33%,培训时间选择工作时间的占比60%。结论住培学员的医院感染知识认知度提高,在此基础上结合学员自身实际情况,选择合适的培训方式、时间,针对性地开展培训,以期提升住培学员医院感染预防与控制的能力。

Objective To investigate and analyze the cognitive status,impact factors and demand of residency training residents(hereinafter referred to as residents)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)so as to provide reference for improving the quality of hospital infection education and training for residents.Methods The self-filled questionnaire was conducted among 600 residents from a national residency training base in TCM.Results The rate of correct cognition of nosocomial infections among the residents was 68.67%.Multivariate Logistic regression showed that different grades and whether to participate in training were the main factors affecting the correct cognition of the residents,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).All of the residents were willing to accept the training of knowledge of nosocomial infection,43.33%chose online and on-site demonstration discussions for training methods,and 60%chose working hours for training time.Conclusion The residents'knowledge of nosocomial infection has improved,combined with the actual situation of the residents themselves on this basis,choose appropriate training methods and time,and carry out targeted training in order to enhance the residents'ability to prevent and control nosocomial infections.
