上海市某临时隔离点EPC项目通风空调设计与思考

摘要 2019年年底武汉新冠肺炎疫情爆发,WHO将新冠肺炎疫情定性为“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,疫情给人类的健康和经济的发展造成了严重影响。随着国内新冠肺炎疫情逐步控制,为满足上海市风险人员集中隔离观察的需要,保证临时隔离点安全合理使用空调新风系统,预防和减少新冠肺炎传播风险,根据国家和上海市的相关文件要求,对上海市某临时隔离点进行通风空调设计,同时总结设计和建造过程中的经验,以供同行参考。 At the end of 2019,the COVID-19 broke out in Wuhan.WHO characterized the COVID-19 as a"public health emergency of international concern",which had a serious impact on human health and economic development.With the gradual control of the COVID-19 in China,in order to meet the needs of centralized isolation and observation of risk personnel in Shanghai,ensure the safe and reasonable use of the fresh air conditioning system at the temporary isolation point,prevent and reduce the spread risk of COVID-19,according to the requirements of relevant documents of the state and Shanghai,ventilation and air conditioning design was carried out for a temporary isolation point in Shanghai,and the experience in the design and construction process was summarized for reference by peers.
