气悬浮制冷压缩机的研究进展

摘要 气悬浮制冷压缩机采用气体轴承,相较于传统压缩机的滑动轴承,气体轴承制冷压缩机具有速度快、无油、小型化、低成本等优点。本文综述了气悬浮制冷压缩机轴承承载力、稳定性和制冷系统性能方面的研究新进展,介绍了气悬浮制冷压缩机在制冷空调行业的应用,总结了气悬浮制冷压缩机关键技术的改进措施,为高效制冷压缩机的开发奠定理论基础。 The gas suspension refrigeration compressor adopts gas bearings.Compared to the sliding bearings of traditional compressors,gas bearing refrigeration compressors have advantages such as fast speed,oil-free,miniaturization,and low cost.This paper summarizes the new research progress in the bearing capacity,stability,and refrigeration system performance of air suspension refrigeration compressors.It introduces the application of air suspension refrigeration compressors in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry,summarizes the improvement measures of key technologies of air suspension refrigeration compressors,and lays a theoretical foundation for the development of efficient refrigeration compressors.
