摘要
目的探讨角色体验式教学法在呼吸内科教学质量中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3—6月九江市第三人民医院院呼吸内科50名实施常规教学法的临床医学生作为对照组,另选取2021年3—6月50名采用角色式体验教学法的临床医学生作为研究组。比较两组出科考核成绩、医学生综合能力、教学质量、教学效果及教学评价。结果研究组选择题、判断题、名词解释、病例解析得分及总分均高于对照组,日常查房、病房换药、病历书写及沟通能力得分均高于对照组,教学重点准确性、教学安排合理性、师生沟通融洽性、学生学习效率得分及总分均高于对照组,医患医护沟通、病史采集、病史汇报、查体、教案准备、临床思维得分均高于对照组,教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科带教中采用角色体验式教学能够优化教学质量,提高教学成效,有助于医学生更好地掌握呼吸内科相关知识,值得在临床带教中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of role experience teaching method in the teaching quality of respiratory medicine.Methods 50 clin-ical medical students who adopted routine teaching methods from the department of Respiratory Medicine of the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from March to June 2020 were selected as the control group,inaddition 50 clinical medical students who adopted the role experience teaching method method from March to June 2021 were selected as the research group.The results of the examination,the comprehensive ability of medical students,the teaching quality,the teaching effect and the teaching evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of multiple-choice questions,judgment questions,noun explanation,case analysis and total scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of daily ward rounds,ward dressing changes,medical record writing and communication ability were higher than those in the control group,the accuracy of teaching focus,the rationality of teaching arrangement,the harmony of communication between teachers and students,the learning ef-ficiency and the total score of students were higher than those in the control group,the scores of doctor-patient medical communication,medical histo-ry collection,medical history reporting,physical examination,teaching plan preparation and clinical thinking were higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction with teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of role experience teaching method in the teaching of respiratory medicine can optimize the teaching quality,improve the teach-ing effectiveness,and help medical students better grasp the relevant knowledge of respiratory medicine,which is worthy of promotion and applica-tion in clinical teaching.
