改良垂直褥式缝合技术在急诊儿童面部裂伤中的应用研究

目的探究改良垂直褥式缝合技术在急诊儿童面部裂伤中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月宜宾市第二人民医院收治的108例面部裂伤患儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为观察组与对照组,每组54例。观察组采用改良垂直褥式缝合术,对照组采用面部美容缝合术。比较两组围手术期相关指标、术后切口愈合情况、术后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分和患儿家长满意度。结果观察组缝合时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组术后切口愈合情况均优于术后1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周、3个月,观察组术后切口愈合情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,两组VSS评分均低于前一时间点,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良垂直褥式缝合技术用于急诊儿童面部裂伤可促进伤口愈合,短期愈合良好,远期瘢痕较小,有利于提高患儿家长的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of modified vertical mattress suture technique in emergency children with facial lacera-tion.Methods A total of 108 children with facial lacerations admitted to the Yibin Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the simple random sampling method,with 54 cases in each group.The observation group received modified vertical mattress suture,and the control group received facial cosmetic suture.The peri-operative relevant indicators,postoperative incision healing,postoperative Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and satisfaction of parents of children were compared between the two groups.Results The suture time and healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the incision healing of the two groups was better than that at 1 week after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 1 week and 3 months after operation,incision healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after opera-tion,the VSS scores of the two groups were lower than that of the previous time point,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified vertical mattress suture technique for facial lacer-ations in emergency children can promote wound healing,has good short-term healing and small long-term scars,which is conducive to improving satisfaction of parents of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
