Study on the implementation effect of pit and fissure sealing project for children aged 7-9 years old

目的探讨7~9岁儿童窝沟封闭项目实施效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月六枝特区公立小学参与7~9岁儿童窝沟封闭项目的1140名儿童作为研究对象。于口腔健康宣教前对1140名学生进行中西部儿童口腔健康知识问卷调查,宣教后3、12个月采用分层整群随机抽样法,分别抽取222名学生进行中西部儿童口腔健康知识问卷调查;窝沟封闭后3、12个月,分别抽取已进行窝沟封闭的860颗第一恒磨牙进行复查,比较健康宣教前及宣教后3、12个月7~9岁儿童健康口腔健康知晓率,比较窝沟封闭后3、12个月7~9岁儿童窝沟封闭剂保留率。结果宣教后3、12个月,7~9岁儿童健康口腔健康知晓率均高于健康宣教前,宣教后12个月低于宣教后3个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。窝沟封闭后3个月,7~9岁儿童窝沟封闭剂保留率高于窝沟封闭后12个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六枝特区适龄儿童窝沟封闭项目窝沟封闭保留率较高,还可增强对适龄儿童的口腔健康教育,提高适龄儿童健康知晓率,确保窝沟封闭的质量。

Objective To explore the implementation effect of pit and fissure sealing project for children aged 7-9 years.Methods 1140 chil-dren who participated in the pit and fissure sealing project for children aged 7-9 years in Liuzhi Special Administrative Region Public Primary School From December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Before oral health education,a questionnaire survey on oral health knowledge of children in the central and western regions was conducted among 1140 students,3,12 months after oral health education,the stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 222 students to conduct the questionnaire survey on oral health knowledge of children in the cen-tral and western regions;3 months and one year after pit and fissure sealing,860 first permanent molars that had been sealed were selected for reex-amination.the awareness rate of healthy oral health of children aged 7-9 years old before and 3,12 months after health education was compared,and the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant of children aged 7-9 years old 3,12 months after pit and fissure sealing was compared.Results At 3,12 months after health education,the awareness rate of healthy oral health of children aged 7-9 years was higher than that before health education,and the awareness rate at 12 months after health education was lower than that at 3 months after health education,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).At 3 months after pit and fissure sealing,the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant in children aged 7-9 years was higher than that at 12 months after pit and fissure sealing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The retention rate of pit and fissure sealing project for school-age children in Liuzhi Special Zone is high,it can enhance oral health education for school-age children,improve the health awareness rate of school-age children,and ensure the quality of pit and fissure sealing.
