协同理论在我国医疗服务领域应用的研究进展

Research progress on the application of synergy theory in medical service in China

协同理论作为一个研究复杂开放系统从无序到有序演化规律的综合性理论,近年来在医疗服务领域逐渐得到关注。本文从医疗服务质量管理、医联体发展、突发公共卫生事件应急管理、医疗保险、预防保健、养老服务6个方面对协同理论在我国医疗服务领域应用的研究进展进行概括和总结,以期为深化医疗服务协同体系、促进卫生事业高质量发展、切实满足人民健康需求提供理论参考。

As a comprehensive theory for studying the evolution of complex open system from disorder to order,synergy theory has gradually gained attention in the field of medical service in recent years.This paper summarizes the research progress of the application of synergy theory in the field of medical service in China from six aspects:medical service quality management,development of medical consortium,emergency manage-ment of public health emergencies,medical insurance,preventive health care and elderly care service,it provides theoretical reference for deepening the medical service coordination system,promoting the high-quality development of health undertakings and effectively meeting the health needs of the people.
