针灸与推拿综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究进展

随着人们生活及工作方式的改变,颈椎病的发生率不断升高,且发病群体趋于年轻化。椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)是颈椎病常见类型,典型表现为头痛、眩晕等,若未经有效治疗,会导致患者神经衰弱,影响精神状态、睡眠质量,部分患者会出现运动障碍、感觉障碍等严重问题,影响患者生命质量。因此,需采取有效措施促进CSA患者病情恢复。CSA病因复杂,西医治疗效果不明显,且方案尚未统一。CSA属于中医“眩晕”“项痹”范畴,病因与气虚、血瘀、痰浊等有关,治疗应以行气活血、温经通络、祛瘀除湿等为主。推拿、针灸均是中医特色疗法,具有活血通经、祛瘀、通络等功效,并具有无副作用、安全等优势。本文分别从针灸、推拿疗法、针灸与推拿综合疗法治疗CSA的效果进行综述,以为后续治疗提供支持。

With the change of people's life and work style,the incidence of cervical spondylosis is increasing,and the incidence group tends to be younger.Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA)is a common type of cervical spondylosis,typical manifestations are headache,dizzi-ness,etc.If not effectively treated,it will lead to neurasthenia,affect the spirit and sleep quality of patients,and some patients will have serious prob-lems such as dyskinesia and sensory disorders,affecting the quality of life of patients.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to promote the recovery of CSA patients.The cause of CSA is complex,the treatment effect of Western medicine is not obvious,and the scheme has not yet been unified.CSA belongs to the category of"vertigo""neck arthralgia"of traditional Chinese medicine,the cause of which is related to Qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,etc,the treatment should focus on promoting Qi and blood circulation,warming channels and dredging collaterals,re-moving blood stasis and dampness,etc.Massage and acupuncture are the featured of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,with the effects of promot-ing blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and unblocking collaterals,and has the advantages of no side effects,safety and other advantages.This article reviews the effects of acupuncture and massage therapy,acupuncture and massage combined therapy in the treatment of CSA,so as to provide support for subsequent treatment.
