生物制剂治疗中重度斑块型银屑病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of biological agents in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis

目的:探究生物制剂治疗中重度斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选择96例中重度斑块型银屑病病人纳入本研究,根据随机数字法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组接受窄波紫外线治疗,观察组接受生物制剂治疗。比较2组病人的皮损面积及严重程度(PASI评分)、不良反应发生率、临床疗效、生活质量调查表(DLQI)、生化指标。结果:治疗3个月后2组PASI评分、DLQI评分低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组病人不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-17、IL-23、肿瘤坏死因子α水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生物制剂治疗在中重度斑块型银屑病中的临床疗效确切,能够有助于皮损消退,缓解瘙痒等症状,治疗有效率较高,有助于改善病人的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of biological agents in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis were selected for this study and randomly divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(48 cases).The control group received narrowband ultraviolet therapy,while the observation group received biological therapy.The area and severity of skin lesions(PASI score),incidence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy,quality of life questionnaire(DLQI),and biochemical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-17,IL-23,and tumor necrosis factorαin observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Biological therapy has a definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis,which can help with the disappearance of skin lesions,alleviate symptoms such as itching,and has a high treatment effectiveness rate,which helps to improve the quality of life of patients.
