新时代高素质应用型人才培养路径研究——以北京联合大学电子商务专业为例

Research on the Training Path of High-quality Applied Talents in the New Era:Taking the E-commerce Major of Beijing Union University as an Example

深入分析了应用型人才的内涵和时代特征,针对供需结构、课程体系、专业建设等方面存在的问题,提出高素质应用型人才培养的目标。以北京联合大学为例,为了满足新时代的需求,学校提出了产学研创用“五位一体”的应用型人才培养模式,在此基础上,构建了“课程思政育人”的德能融合机制、“三链贯通”的产教融合机制、“一体两翼”的学创融合机制和“五类联动力”的学用融合机制,旨在紧贴区域产业和行业特色,构建适合的课程体系和实践教学体系。

An in-depth analysis was conducted on the connotation and era characteristics of applied talents,and the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents was proposed in response to the existing problems in supply and demand structure,curriculum system,and professional construction.Taking Beijing Union University as an example,in order to meet the needs of the new era,the university has proposed a“five in one”application-oriented talent training model of industry,academia,research,innovation,and application.On this basis,the university has constructed a moral integration mechanism of“ideological and political education in curriculums”,a“three chain connection”industry education integration mechanism,a“one body two wings”learning and innovation integration mechanism,and a“five types of linkage power”learning and application integration mechanism.All of these are aimed at closely adhering to the regional industry and industry characteristics,constructing a suitable curriculum system and practical teaching system.
