无溶剂聚氨酯缔合增稠剂的合成与性能研究

摘要 以相对分子质量为2000~10000的聚乙二醇和己二异氰酸酯(HDI)为原料,异构十六醇为封端剂,在无溶剂添加的情况下,使用相同工艺合成了一系列聚氨酯缔合增稠剂。探究了不同相对分子质量聚乙二醇及配比因素对涂料增稠效果的影响。结果表明,在无溶剂添加的情况下,成功合成了多款具有较好增稠效果和良好触变性的聚氨酯缔合增稠剂;聚氨酯缔合增稠剂的增稠效率受到聚乙二醇相对分子质量的大小、封端效率以及相同固含量下疏水链段数量的综合影响;以PEG2000为原料合成的HEUR-2-1是一款环保的高黏高触变性的无溶剂聚氨酯缔合增稠剂。 With polyethylene glycol(relative molecular mass of 2000-10000)and adiphecyanates(HDI)as raw materials,and 2-hexyl-1-decanol as capping agent,a series of polyurethane association thickeners were synthesized by using the same process without solvent addition.The effects of polyethylene glycol with different relative molecular mass and proportioning factors on the thickening effect of coatings were explored.The results showed that a variety of polyurethane association thickeners with good thickening effect and thixotropy were successfully synthesized without solvent addition.The thickening efficiency of polyurethane association thickeners was affected by the relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol,the end-capping efficiency,and the number of hydrophobic segments at the same solid content.HEUR-2-1,synthesized from PEG2000,is an environmentally-friendly,highly viscous and highly thixotropic solvent-free polyurethane association thickener.
