摘要
【目的】为了推动密云地区番茄产业升级,筛选出适合京郊设施栽培的优质丰产、商品性佳、抗病性强的口感型番茄品种,进一步扩大京郊中型果口感型番茄的品种选择范围。【方法】引进了7个口感型番茄品种,与密云区本地主栽口感型番茄品种‘原味1号’进行比较试验。调查其植物学性状、抗病性、果实性状及产量指标,测定了果实的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、有机酸、维生素C含量等营养物质含量指标。【结果】结果表明:‘甜脆脆2号’、‘鑫苹果X8’两品种不易感染番茄黄化曲叶病毒病,产量、果实可溶性固形物含量、感官品质评价等指标均高于(或显著高于)对照品种。【结论】‘甜脆脆2号’、‘鑫苹果X8’的抗病性较强且口感好、产量高,可作为京郊日光温室秋冬茬栽培的主推品种。
[Objective]In order to promote the development of tomato industry in Miyun area,screen out the taste tomato varieties with high quality,high yield,good commodity and strong disease resistance suitable for facility cultivation in Beijing suburbs,and further expand the selection range of medium fruit taste tomato varieties in Beijing suburbs,seven taste tomato varieties were used in this experiment to compared with the local main taste tomato variety‘Yuanwei No.1’in Miyun area.[Methods]The botanical traits,disease resistance,fruit traits and yield indexes of 8 varieties were investigated,and the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugar,organic acids and vitamin C were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that'Tiancuicui 2'and'Xin'apple X8'were resistance to tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TY),and their yield,soluble solids content and sensory quality evaluation were higher(or significantly higher)than the control varieties.[Conclusion]'Tiancuicui No.2'and'Xin Apple X8'with strong disease resistance,good taste and high yield,can be used as the main varieties for autumn and winter cultivation in solar greenhouse in Beijing suburbs.
