摘要
基于共轨燃油喷射系统高压供油泵模型,研究了进出油阀参数对高压供油泵流量的影响,结果表明:进油阀弹簧预紧力的大小对高压供油泵流量影响很大,过大或过小都会使高压供油泵流量减小;进油阀阀孔直径、升程过小会造成进油节流,使高压供油泵流量减小;进油阀阀芯质量过大会使高压供油泵高转速流量减小;出油阀阀芯质量过大会造成高压供油泵流量波动。
Based on the common rail high-pressure pump model,the effect of inlet valve and outlet valve parameters on the flow of highpressure pump was studied,the results show that:spring pretension forces have a great impact on the flow of high-pressure pump,and too large or too small will reduce the flow of high-pressure pump.Too small diameter of inlet valve hole and too low lift of inlet valve will cause the inflow to throttle,reducing the flow of the high-pressure pump.Too much quality of the inlet valve core will result in a decrease in flow of high-pressure pump.Unreasonable quality of the outlet valve core will cause high-pressure pump flow fluctuations.
