木质纤维素泡沫的制备及其力学性能

摘要 通过采用DMAc/LiCl溶解法制备一定质量浓度的纤维素溶液,研究了纤维素溶解-再生过程中的氢键重建胶粘策略,将木质纤维素(桉木)颗粒高效绿色粘接构筑高强度木质纤维素泡沫材料。研究结果表明:增加纤维素溶液会提升材料机械强度,优选纤维素质量浓度6%,桉木颗粒质量与纤维素溶液体积比为0.50 g/mL,可获得较佳的压缩强度(23.50MPa)和杨氏模量(11.45 MPa)、拉伸强度为0.87 MPa和高的孔隙率(65.56%)。 The cellulose solution was prepared at a specific mass concentration using the DMAc/LiCl dissolution method.The study investigated the strategy of hydrogen bond reconstruction during the cellulose dissolution-regeneration process.High-strength lignocellulosic foam materials were constructed through efficient and green adhesion of wood cellulose particles(eucalyptus).The results indicate that increasing the cellulose solution concentration enhances the mechanical strength of the material.An optimal cellulose mass concentration of 6%,with a eucalyptus particle mass to cellulose solution volume ratio of 0.50 g/mL,yielded superior compressive strength(23.50 MPa)and Young's modulus(11.45 MPa),tensile strength of 0.87 MPa and high porosity(65.56%).
