摘要
纸质档案霉菌滋生的破坏性不可小觑,不但会损坏纸质档案原件而影响档案利用,而且会严重威胁档案管理人员身体健康,因此对纸质档案进行消毒与灭菌至关重要。通过简单解析纸质档案霉菌滋生条件与危害,详细阐述了低氧气调消毒灭菌法、冷冻臭氧消毒灭菌法、等离子臭氧消毒灭菌法、环氧乙烷熏蒸消毒灭菌法、γ射线辐照消毒灭菌法等不同纸质档案消毒与霉菌灭活方法的原理、技术特点以及灭菌效果。而不同方法各具优势与不足,需针对不同纸质档案霉菌情况与消毒灭活需求选择切实可行且行之有效的方法。
The destructive power of mold growth in paper archives cannot be underestimated.It not only damages the original paper archives and affects their utilization,but also seriously threatens the health of archive management personnel.Therefore,it is crucial to disinfect and sterilize paper archives.Through a simple analysis of the conditions and hazards of mold growth in paper archives,this paper elaborates in detail on the low oxygen controlled disinfection and sterilization method,frozen ozone disinfection and sterilization method,plasma ozone disinfection and sterilization method,and ethylene oxide fumigation disinfection and sterilization methodγprinciples,technical characteristics,and sterilization effects of different paper file disinfection and mold inactivation methods,such as radiation irradiation disinfection and sterilization,each have its own advantages and disadvantages,it is necessary to choose practical and effective methods based on the mold situation and disinfection and inactivation needs of different paper files.
