学徒制学生管理模式实践与探索——以轻化工专业为例

摘要 当前,高校教育改革已经将现代学徒制视作重要发展方向,可以更好地辅助学生将职业素养与专业能力进行有机结合,进而促使日常教学与学生的创业就业实现密切关联。基于此,将高校轻化工专业学生作为对象,通过对现代学徒制内涵进行深入分析,了解在培养这些学生创新力时所产生的问题,剖析此学徒制在增强他们创新力方面的重要优势,同时还给出了具体培养路径,为培养他们专业技能、自主创新力、岗位适应力等提供重要基础。 Currently,the reform of higher education has regarded modern apprenticeship system as an important development direction,which can better assist students in organically combining professional qualities and abilities,and thus promote the close relationship between daily teaching and student entrepreneurship and employment.This article focuses on students majoring in light chemical engineering in universities,and through in-depth analysis of the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,it aims to understand the problems that arise in cultivating their innovation ability.It also analyzes the important advantages of this apprenticeship system in enhancing their innovation ability,and provides a specific training path,providing an important foundation for cultivating their professional skills,independent innovation ability,and job adaptability.
