真菌在炎症性肠病中免疫机制的研究进展

摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种多因素、非特异性和难治愈的慢性肠道炎症为特征的疾病,患者的健康状况和生活质量受到显著影响,其包括溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD),发病率在全球范围内呈现持续上升的趋势。近年来,越来越多的研究表明肠道微生物群失调与IBD的发病和发展密切相关,尤其是肠道真菌的异常增殖可能是导致炎症反应加剧的重要因素。目前,粪菌移植、益生菌制剂等治疗手段已被广泛应用于IBD的临床治疗中。本文对IBD的肠道真菌失调、机体免疫调节机制以及目前的治疗方法进行总结,旨在为探讨真菌在IBD中的研究进展提供参考。 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a multifactorial,nonspecific and refractory chronic intestinal inflammatory disease that significantly affects the health and quality of life of patients.IBD includes ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn′s disease(CD),and its incidence is increasing globally.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that the imbalance of gut microbiota is closely related to the pathogenesis and development of IBD,especially the abnormal proliferation of gut fungi may be an important factor in exacerbating the inflammatory response.Currently,treatment methods such as fecal microbiota transplantation and probiotics have been widely used in the treatment of IBD.This article summarized the gut fungal dysbiosis,immune regulation mechanisms of IBD,as well as the current treatments,aiming to provide references for the research progress of fungi in IBD.
