基于图像处理技术的纸张三维结构表征及特性研究

摘要 纸张作为一种多孔材料,其内部纤维和微观孔隙结构直接影响其渗透性能、物理性能和光学性能。不同类型的浆种纤维,如棉浆纸,因其独特的纤维组成,展现出各异的特性。通过X射线计算机断层扫描(X-CT)技术,我们能够深入探究纸张的三维结构。运用X-CT表征及图像后处理技术,如序列二维切片、对比度调节、滤波降噪和图像分割,可以精确再现纸张内部的纤维-孔隙三维模型。特别是使用Avizo软件,这些细节得以完美呈现,为研究纸张的物理和光学性能提供了强有力的工具。 Paper is a kind of porous material,its internal fiber and micro-pore structure directly affect its permeability,physical properties and optical properties.Different types of pulp fibers,such as cotton pulp paper,show different characteristics because of their unique fiber composition.With X-ray computed tomography(X-CT)technology,we can delve into the three-dimensional structure of the paper.By using X-CT characterization and image post-processing techniques,such as sequence 2D slice,contrast adjustment,filtering noise reduction and image segmentation,the three-dimensional model of fiber porosity inside the paper can be accurately reproduced.With Avizo software in particular,these details are presented perfectly,providing a powerful tool for studying the physical and optical properties of paper.
