扩大就业视角下造纸专业课程与高职英语教学对接研究

A Research on the Connection for Higher Vocational Education College English Education and Professional Course of Paper Making Specialty in the Perspective of the Expansion of Employment

随着国家大力发展职业教育,职业院校学生的就业率与就业质量不断提升,而造纸专业学生就业现状并不乐观。基于此,提出将造纸专业课程与高职英语教学对接,以期实现培养应用型、技能型人才的目标。目前,高职院校的毕业生仍是我国人力资源的重要组成部分,根据教育部统计数据显示,高职院校每年为社会培养了近160万的毕业生。因此,为了缓解我国劳动力市场上的就业压力,在扩大就业视角下研究将造纸专业课程与高职英语教学对接是十分有必要的。造纸专业主要培养具有良好职业道德,专业知识与技能基础,较强的语言表达能力,熟练掌握生产技术操作技能,可从事制浆造纸、包装印刷等工作的高素质技能型专门人才。

As the country vigorously develops vocational education,the employment rate and employment quality of vocational college students continue to improve,and the employment status of papermaking students is not optimistic.In order to achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented and skill-based talents,the paper making course should be connected with English teaching in higher vocational colleges.Key words:papermaking major;Vocational college English teaching;At present,the graduates of higher vocational colleges are still an important part of China's human resources,according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education,higher vocational colleges have cultivated nearly 1.6 million graduates for society every year.Therefore,in order to alleviate the employment pressure in China's labor market,it is necessary to study the connection between papermaking major courses and English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of expanding employment.Papermaking major mainly cultivates high-quality technical specialized talents with good professional ethics,professional knowledge and skill base,strong language expression ability,proficient production technology and operation skills,and can be engaged in pulp and paper,packaging and printing.
