摘要
为保证1200 m特高水头钢岔管制造质量与工期,长龙山抽水蓄能电站建设者进行了系列创新,并提出了控制措施,通过考察确定钢岔管整体制造、运输至工地的方案,采用控制钢板下料放样、划线、卷制、组拼、焊接等工序来保证钢岔管外形尺寸及内在质量。水压试验表明:在初次水压试验成功基础上提高第二次试验压力值,进一步减小钢岔管成品焊接残余应力,创下国内钢岔管10 MPa水压试验记录。可为类似工程提供参考。
To ensure the manufacturing quality and construction period of the steel bifurcation pipe under 1200 m extra-high head,the builders of the Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station have carried out a series of innovation and control measures.Through investigating and determining the overall manufacturing and transportation plan of the steel bifurcation pipe to the construction site in advance and controlling the processes of steel plate cutting,marking,rolling,assembly and welding,the external dimensions and internal quality of the steel bifurcated pipe are guaranteed.The water pressure test results show that on the basis of the first successful water pressure test,the pressure value of the second test is increased to further reduce the residual stress of the welded steel bifurcation pipe,setting a record of 10 MPa for the water pressure test of steel bifurcation pipe in China.It can provide reference for similar projects.
