按石英砂粒度进行分类磁选的磁选机及其除铁试验研究

摘要 为了提高磁选机除铁效率,根据铁杂质在不同粒度石英砂中的分布规律,研发了一种按石英砂粒度大小进行分类磁选的磁选机并进行了除铁试验。结果表明,经过筛分将铁杂质含量低的-60~+180目石英砂与铁杂质含量高的+60目石英砂和-180目石英砂分离开,再利用不同强度的强磁对3类粒度不同的石英砂分别进行磁选,相对于将3类不同粒度的石英砂混合在一起进行磁选,采用分开磁选使铁杂质的去除率大幅地提高,从而使-60~+180目玻璃用砂的品质得到了提升,使+60目石英砂和-180目石英砂中的石英砂可以得到回收和利用,提高了石英资源的利用率。 In order to improve the iron removal efficiency of the magnetic separator,a magnetic separator is developed based on the distribution law of iron impurities in quartz sand of different particle sizes,and iron removal experiments are conducted.The results show that the low iron impurity content of-60 to+180 mesh quartz sand is separated from the high iron impurity content of+60 and-180 mesh.Then,different intensities of strong magnetism are used to separate three types of quartz sand with different particle sizes for magnetic separation.Compared to mixing three types of quartz sand with different particle sizes for magnetic separation,the use of separate magnetic separation significantly improves the removal rate of iron impurities,thus improving the quality of-60 to+180 mesh glass sand.The quartz sand in+60 and-180 mesh can be recovered and utilized,improving the utilization rate of quartz resources.
