基于分时电价的电动汽车需求侧响应充电策略研究

摘要 分时电价策略是当前电力系统需求侧管理的有效方式之一,执行分时电价能够有效抑制配电网负荷曲线波动,从而提高配电网运行的可靠性。提出基于电价弹性矩阵的用户响应模型,以合肥市春、夏、秋、冬4个典型日的真实日负荷数据为基础,以负荷曲线“削峰填谷”效果最好为优化目标,建立能更加充分反映城市电网负荷变化的分时电价优化模型,制定面向用户需求侧响应的日前分时电价体系。结合区域电力市场最优分时电价对电动汽车用户的激励效果,提出基于需求侧市场机制的区域电网电动汽车充电策略,为电动汽车大规模有序接入和实现配电网的可靠运行提供参考。 Time of electricity tariffs strategy is one of the effective methods for demand side management in the current power system.Implementing time of electricity tariffs can effectively suppress the fluctuation of the distribution network load curve,thereby improving the reliability of the distribution network operation.Propose a user response model based on the electricity price elasticity matrix,based on the real daily load data of four typical days in Hefei,including spring,summer,autumn,and winter.With the optimization goal of"peak shaving and valley filling"in the load curve,establish a time of electricity tariffs optimization model that can more fully reflect the changes in urban power grid load,and develop a daily time of electricity tariffs system that is oriented towards user demand side response.Based on the incentive effect of the optimal time of electricity tariffs in the regional electricity market on electric vehicle users,a demand side market mechanism based on charging strategy for electric vehicles in the regional power grid is proposed,providing reference for the large-scale orderly integration of electric vehicles and the reliable operation of the distribution network.
