Innovatively Developing Systems for National Security Studies with Chinese Characteristics

创新构建具有鲜明中国特色的国家安全学体系,关系着国家安全学学科体系、理论体系、科学研究、智库作用和高素质复合型国家安全专门人才的培养,关系着为全面推进国家安全体系和能力现代化、维护保障国家安全提供学科支撑和人才支持。本文以总体国家安全观为指导,从构建国家安全学体系的理论基础与原则、构建具有鲜明特点的国家安全学人才培养体系、构建国家安全学体系——国家安全学学科架构体系、理论体系、知识体系、课程体系、能力体系和话语体系,以及创建一流学科等方面进行研究探讨。

Innovatively developing systems for national security studies with distinctive Chinese characteristics concerns the disciplinary system,theoretical system,and scientific research of national security studies,the role of relevant think tanks,the cultivation of high-caliber,versatile national security professionals,and the provision of academic and talent support for comprehensively modernizing China's national security system and capacity to safeguard its security.Under the guidanceofaholisticapproachtonational security,this paper intends to discuss the following aspects:the theoretical basis and principles for building national security studies-related systems;the construction of a talent cultivation system with distinct features for national security studies;the innovative development of Chinese systems for national security studies,spanning disciplinary architecture,theories,knowledge,curricula,capabilities,and discourse;and the ways of building a first-class discipline.
