“一统三融”背景下职业教育适应性提升的逻辑理路与实践路径

摘要 职业教育适应性是职业教育在主体地位驱使下对我国现阶段产能结构调整和经济内外大循环格局所作出的主动选择。“一统三融”背景下,提升职业教育适应性既需要对我国现代职业教育发展的新思路、新格局和新路径进行系统化认知和反思,又需要立足充分展现职业教育内外部规律的逻辑基础,恪守类型彰显的逻辑主线,以实现多元主体共生为逻辑归宿。基于此,提升职业教育适应性要围绕人的全生命周期成长,深化教育体系的统筹发展;依托类型特征,提升职业教育自主性;坚持“四链”衔接,实现职业教育生态的动态平衡,通过“以变应变”的实践和探索,最终促进职业教育与经济、产业、社会发展的高效协同。 The adaptability of vocational education is an active choice made by vocational education under the driving position of the main body to the adjustment of China’s production capacity structure and the great circulation pattern inside and outside the economy.Under the background of“One Unification and Three Integration”,improving the adaptability of vocational education not only needs systematic cognition and reflection on the new ideas,new patterns and new paths of the development of modern vocational education in China,but also needs to be based on the logical basis of fully demonstrating the internal and external laws of vocational education,adhere to the logical main line of type demonstration,and realize the coexistence of multiple subjects as a logical destination.Based on this,improving the adaptability of vocational education should focus on the growth of the whole life cycle of people and deepen the overall development of the education system;rely on the type characteristics and enhance the autonomy of vocational education;adhere to the“Four-Chain”connection and achieve the dynamic balance of vocational education ecology;ultimately promote the efficient coordination of vocational education and economic,industrial and social development through the practice and exploration of“adapting to changes”.
