矿用掘锚一体机行走机构分部结构分析与参数设计研究

摘要 基于矿用掘锚一体机中行走机构分部为研究背景,详细介绍和阐释了行走机构分部中张紧轮组、张紧装置、履带架、支重轮、履带链和驱动装置等6个主要机械构件的主要零件组成及其所起到的功能作用,并进一步针对行走机构分部内相关参数进行了设计,指明了履带链装置机械构件、驱动装置机械构件、液压马达机械构件、行走减速器机械构件和张紧装置机械构件等相关核心参数的设计结果。研究结果为改善和提高矿用掘锚一体机中行走机构分部的性能可靠性奠定了基础,在此基础上后续可以对行走机构分部进行进一步的优化研究,旨在使其带动掘锚一体机整机实现在掘进工作面内良好、稳定的运移。 Based on the research background of the walking mechanism division in the mining anchor excavator,this paper provides a detailed introduction and explanation of the main components and their functional roles in the six main mechanical components of the walking mechanism division,including the tensioning wheel group,tensioning device,track frame,supporting wheel,track chain,and driving device.Furthermore,the relevant parameters of the walking mechanism division are designed,and the mechanical components of the track chain device are specified The design results of core parameters related to the mechanical components of the driving device,hydraulic motor,walking reducer,and tensioning device.The research results have laid the foundation for improving and enhancing the performance reliability of the walking mechanism division in the mining anchor excavator.Based on this,further optimization research can be carried out on the walking mechanism division,aiming to drive the entire anchor excavator to achieve good and stable movement in the excavation working face.
