摘要
为有效解决深部软岩巷道围岩控制问题,以山西新景矿煤业有限责任公司15219工作面运输巷道为工程背景,通过现场勘察和试验分析了深部软岩巷道的变形破坏机理,据此提出了“普通锚杆索+注浆锚杆索+喷射混凝土”联合支护技术方案,通过数值计算验证了联合支护技术方案的可行性。现场试验结果表明:采用联合支护方案后,巷道顶板最大下沉量为37 mm,巷道两帮围岩最大移近量为68 mm,围岩变形破坏得到有效控制。
In order to effectively solve the problem of controlling the surrounding rock of deep soft rock roadway,the deformation and damage mechanism of deep soft rock roadway was analysed through on-site investigation and test with the engineering background of 15219 working face transport roadway of Shanxi Xinjing Mining Coal Co.Accordingly,the joint support technology of"ordinary anchor cable+grouting anchor cable+shotcrete"is proposed,and the feasibility of the joint support technology is verified through numerical calculation.Field test results show that:after adopting the joint support scheme,the maximum subsidence of the roof plate of the roadway is 37mm,and the maximum displacement of the peripheral rock of the two gangs of the roadway is 68mm,and the deformation and damage of the peripheral rock is effectively controlled.
