摘要
供氢系统是连接氢能行业与燃料电池行业的桥梁与纽带,广泛应用于加氢站和燃料电池检测实验室中。随着氢能行业的快速发展,燃料电池检测实验室业务量增多,氢气需求量不断提升,出现了大流量供气的新要求。原有供氢方案采用单价较高的集装格小流量供氢,不能满足燃料电池所需的大流量供氢需求,因此有必要进行供氢方案的优化设计。本文从某公司的实际运营状况出发,在现有加氢站设备的基础上,基于大流量氢气分配系统设计,提出了一种安全可靠的实验室集中供氢方案,包括长管拖车、低中高压阀门管路、安全监测装置以及控制设备。该设计方案能在满足流量需求的同时,提高供氢的经济性和安全性,具备一定的参考价值。
The hydrogen supply system is a bridge and link between the hydrogen energy industry and the fuel cell industry,and is widely used in hydrogen refueling stations and fuel cell testing laboratories.With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry,the business volume of fuel cell testing laboratories has increased,and the demand for hydrogen has continued to increase,and new requirements for large-flow gas supply have emerged.The original hydrogen supply scheme uses a small flow of hydrogen supply in a container with a high unit price,which cannot meet the demand for large-flow hydrogen supply required by fuel cells,so it is necessary to optimize the design of the hydrogen supply scheme.Based on the actual operation of a company,based on the existing hydrogen refueling station equipment and the design of a large-flow hydrogen distribution system,a safe and reliable laboratory centralized hydrogen supply scheme is proposed,including a long-tube trailer,a low,medium and high pressure valve pipeline,a safety monitoring device and control equipment.The design scheme can improve the economy and safety of hydrogen supply while meeting the flow demand,and has certain reference value.
